Research has shown that the key ingredient to having fulfilling relationships in life is self-worth. If we feel worth relationships and connection then we are able to let our guards down and let people in; we are able to risk being vulnerable because we feel worth the connection.
Self-Esteem is the foundation that all other aspects of our lives are built upon. By focusing on, developing, and/or strengthening self-esteem and self-worth in my clients, we are able to create a new healthy stable foundation for areas in their lives.
