How to Change Your Life

CaleyPowerPointTemplateThis December I’m feeling extra nostalgic about saying goodbye to another year.

2014 has been one of the hardest AND most amazing years of my life.

They often go that way, no?   The hardest things- that you’d never want to go through again- are also the things that you’re most grateful for.     Totally sums up 2014 for me.

I am deeply and utterly grateful for 2014 and all I’ve learned.   And, so grateful it’s over.

So, in this week of gift giving, I want to give you a very special gift.   I want to share some of my most favorite sources of growth, healing and life changing with you:  books.

Books I love.

Books that’ve changed my life.

Books I cherish.

“Ideas are changed, not by ‘will,’ but by other ideas.” ~ Maxwell Maltz

Books are opportunities.   New ideas.   And, some of the cheapest therapy around.

Reading new books- with an open mind + heart- is one of the simplest ways to change your life.

And here’s the thing:  not all “self-help” books have to be “self-help-y!”

There are truly amazing, make-you-think, open-your-eyes, open-your-heart, change-your-life books out there.

And these, these are some of my all time favorites….

For opening your heart:

A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson

The Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav

A Mini Course for Life by Gerald Jamplsky

Illuminata: A Return to Prayer by Marianne Williamson

Living with Joy by Sanaya Roman

For block busting:

The Art of War by Steven Pressfield

Tapping into Wealth by Margaret Lynch

Ask and it is Given by Ester + Jerry Hicks

For strengthening faith + trust:

The Alchemist by Paulo Choelho

The Shack by Paul Young

For owning your shit:

Gifts of Imperfections by Brene Brown

A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent by Ester + Jerry Hicks

Getting the Love You Want by Harville Hendrix

For developing your intuition + gifts:

The Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva

I Declare by Joel Osteen

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of these bad boys.  If you’re looking to expand your horizon in 2015 just pick the one that jumps out at ya.   It’ll be the “right” one, promise.  🙂

Thank you for being part of my 2014!
